About Nancy
Nancy brings four decades of experience to her commercial real estate practice. She has guided clients through the full spectrum of real estate transactions — acquisitions and dispositions, commercial finance, and office, retail, and industrial leasing. Previously she was a partner at Allen Matkins for over 25 years.
Nancy's clients range from private developers and major property owners to life insurance companies and other institutional lenders. Over the course of her career, she has represented purchasers and sellers, lenders and borrowers, and landlords and tenants across billions of dollars in transactions.
She has represented such companies as Clinton Reilly Holdings, First Republic Bank, John Hancock Life Insurance Company, Lennar Commercial, Littler Mendelson, Meridian Pacific, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Monahan Pacific Corporation, New York Life Insurance Company, Trammell Crow Company, Urban Land Development, and ValueAct Capital.

MetLife/New York Life Insurance Company. $505 million loan on 101 California Street in San Francisco; a $475 million loan on Fashion Valley Mall in San Diego; and a $375 million loan on 4 Embarcadero Center in San Francisco.
MetLife. Several major loans and loan modifications, including: a $92 million loan on the Parkside Towers in Foster City, California; a $110 million loan on 405 Howard Street in San Francisco; a $200 million loan on Los Cerritos Center in Cerritos, California; the modification of a $293.8 million loan on Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton, California; a $57 million loan on Almaden Financial Plaza in San Jose; a $35 million loan and the related modification of an existing $120 million loan on Washington Square in Tigard, Oregon; loans in the aggregate amount of $55 million on an eight-property portfolio in Northern California; a $100 million loan on One America Plaza in San Diego.
New York Life Insurance Company. Several major loans, including: as a co-lender for a $400 million loan on One and Two Union Square in Seattle; a $140 million loan on a portion of Bishop Ranch in San Ramon; a $240 million loan on City Centre in Seattle, Washington; and a $70 million loan on 343 Sansome Street in San Francisco.
National Lender. Origination of numerous loans in its regular Commercial Mortgage Origination program.
